Order processing and eta (estimate time of arrival)

When a customer places an order on our website, please allow at least 1 business day for the order processing Monday thru Friday during normal business hours.

All firearms must be shipped to a verified FFL (federal firearms licensed dealer).

You must be 21 years or older to legally purchase rifle or shotguns, and you must be 21 years or older to legally purchase handguns and stripped receiver frames (i.e. Ar15 stripped lower receiver).

It is the buyer’s responsibility to know and understand their local, state and federal firearms laws, and what can be legally and lawfully purchased and owned before purchasing any products from addax tactical, and this website.

If the product(s) are in stock, they will be shipped unless otherwise noted in the order by the customers special requests.

Normal shipping is via fed ex or ups ground/ground freight standard shipping.  Special shipping services such as overnight or 2nd day delivery is available upon request.

Please note that special shipping services and full coverage insurance if requested will cost extra.

There is a cut off time of 1pm PST business day (Monday thru Friday).  Overnight delivery requested on a Friday will normally be delivered Monday or by Tuesday am.

Extra shipping costs may apply for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

Eta's can be changed or extended at any time and for any reason with or without notice to the customer. Eta's are derived from current market conditions and based on information provided by various manufacturers for different products.

Eta's are not a guarantee, they are an estimate of time to delivery, and we are not responsible for any missed eta for any reason.

Order cancellation and return policy

Addax tactical reserves the right to charge a 25% order cancellation-restocking fee, special order firearms are a 30% cancelation fee for any and all cancelled orders and back orders no matter what the circumstances for the cancellation. This includes any California DROS denials or federal NICS denials (outside of California).  The customer is responsible for knowing if they can legally purchase and / or own a firearm in California.

Refunds are issued by check within 10 business days.

If store credit is the desired option, we may be able to reduce or even waive the cancellation-restocking fee.  We will make this determination based on the cancelled product(s) ordered, and if the cancelled product(s) ordered are not discontinued, not heavily discounted, and are not used or consignment.

Approved refunds will be processed normally within 10 business days from the date when the order cancellation is approved and / or after receiving any authorized returns, unless other arrangements are made with the customer.

Refunds will be calculated minus any cancellation fees. The 10 business days does not include the time to mail a refund check if a refund check is requested.

Returns will only be authorized for the following situations:

• Product(s) was damaged during shipment and can be verified it was damaged during shipment.
• There is a verifiable defect to the product, which will require the manufacturers return authorization.
  If there is shipping damage or the product is DOA (dead on arrival) please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product so that we can ensure a smooth return and replacement of the affected product.

Returns of products that were opened and used will not be approved

Customers will need to obtain a return authorization or an email from addax tactical authorizing the return.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless addax tactical agrees to take care of these charges.

Pick Up & Storage

After completion and clearance of a DROS you can pick up after 10 full days according to the time and date (located on the top left corner of the DROS document). If you go over 20 days past the 10-day waiting period, the DORS is no longer valid and it is your responsibility to keep track of your waiting period time. Addax tactical Inc. is not responsible for any RE-DROS fees, that is the customers responsibility.

Addax Tactical Inc will assess a $10.00 per day storage fee after the 30th day of storage unless arrangement have been made. Any Firearms or products not picked up within 120 days will be considered abandoned and re-sold to cover storage expenses.

Warranties

All products sold as new or certified manufacturer refurbished are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If you are experiencing any issues with your new product, please contact the original manufacturer.

Addax tactical is not responsible manufacturers warranties. If you experience a problem with your product, please contact the original manufacturer for warranty related matters.

Addax tactical does not provide any warranties outside of the original manufacturer or solutions provider warranties.

Warranties for addax tactical products vary and are not transferable.  Limited lifetime warranties only cover parts breakage due to material defect, nothing else.

Use or wear and tear parts breakage are not normally covered under various manufacturers warranties.

Abuse or misuse of products resulting in parts breakage, and / or injury is not covered by addax tactical or any manufacturers products sold by addax tactical

Addax tactical, addax tactical employees, any associates, vendors, distributors, and OEM manufacturers of addax tactical are not responsible for any customers who break their local, state or federal laws and regulations.

 

Changes to terms:

Addax tactical reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the terms under which www.addaxtactical.comcom is offered. The most current version of the terms will supersede all previous versions. Addax tactical encourages you to periodically review the terms to stay informed of our updates.  Addax tactical may change these terms and conditions of use at any time, without prior notice. If you access or use a site after addax tactical posts a change, you accept that change. If you do not accept the change, do not access or use the site.
